Quickstart
Get your first AI voice agent answering a call in a few minutes.
1. Create an agent
Section titled “1. Create an agent”In the dashboard, go to Agents → New agent and give it:
- a name and role (e.g. “Front-desk receptionist”),
- instructions — how it greets callers, what it helps with, and when to transfer,
- a language (English or Turkish) and a voice.
See AI Agents for what makes good instructions.
2. (Optional) Add a knowledge base
Section titled “2. (Optional) Add a knowledge base”To let the agent answer from your own content, create a Knowledge base, upload your documents, and link it to the agent. See Knowledge Bases.
3. Connect a phone number
Section titled “3. Connect a phone number”Go to Phone numbers. Use a provided number, or bring your own over SIP — see Telephony & SIP. Assign the number to your agent.
4. Make a test call
Section titled “4. Make a test call”Call the number. The agent answers, greets the caller and handles the conversation. Try asking something your knowledge base can answer, or booking an appointment.
5. Review the call
Section titled “5. Review the call”Open Calls. Each call has a full transcript, an optional recording, its sentiment and outcome, and its cost. See Calls & Analytics.
