Billing & Plans
The platform is billed as a monthly or annual subscription, plus prepaid minute packs for overflow.

Every plan includes AI voice agents, analytics and integrations. Higher plans add more monthly minutes and concurrent calls. See the plans grid in Settings → Billing for current pricing.
Minute packs
Section titled “Minute packs”If you exceed your plan’s monthly minutes, prepaid minute packs cover the overflow. Pack prices are based on your plan’s rate. You can also enable auto top-up to buy a pack automatically when your balance runs low.
Concurrency
Section titled “Concurrency”Each plan has a concurrent call limit. Calls beyond the limit are rejected before they connect, so you never get surprise usage.
