Outbound Calls

Two things live here: campaigns (an agent auto-dials a contact list on a schedule) and Direct Call (a one-off call to a single number).

Where: left nav → Outbound Calls (/outbound-calls).

  1. Click Direct Call.
  2. Choose the Agent (who makes the call), the Phone Number (caller ID), and the To number.
  3. Confirm — you’ll see a “Call initiated” toast.

Click Create Campaign and set:

  • Campaign Name and description.
  • Agent (active agents only) and Phone Number (caller ID).
  • Schedule — working days and a start/end time window (timezone Europe/Istanbul).
  • Max Concurrent Calls — capped by your plan.
  • Max Ring Duration — 15–60 seconds.
  • Retry Attempts and Retry Delay — re-dial unanswered or busy contacts after a delay.

The campaign starts in Draft.

On the campaign page, open Contacts:

  • Add Contact — one number (E.164) plus an optional name.
  • Bulk Import — paste one contact per line as phone or phone, name. After import you get Added / Duplicates skipped / Invalid counts and can download the invalid rows.
  • Start the campaign (it needs at least one pending contact).
  • Watch the Overview stats (answered, no answer, failed, durations) and Call History.
  • Pause to change settings, or Stop to end it (pending contacts won’t be called).
  • You can’t edit a running campaign — Pause it first.
  • Start is disabled if there are no pending contacts.
  • Concurrency is enforced by your plan.
