Outbound Calls
Two things live here: campaigns (an agent auto-dials a contact list on a schedule) and Direct Call (a one-off call to a single number).
Where: left nav → Outbound Calls (/outbound-calls).
Make a one-off call (Direct Call)
Section titled “Make a one-off call (Direct Call)”- Click Direct Call.
- Choose the Agent (who makes the call), the Phone Number (caller ID), and the To number.
- Confirm — you’ll see a “Call initiated” toast.
Run a campaign
Section titled “Run a campaign”1. Create the campaign
Section titled “1. Create the campaign”Click Create Campaign and set:
- Campaign Name and description.
- Agent (active agents only) and Phone Number (caller ID).
- Schedule — working days and a start/end time window (timezone Europe/Istanbul).
- Max Concurrent Calls — capped by your plan.
- Max Ring Duration — 15–60 seconds.
- Retry Attempts and Retry Delay — re-dial unanswered or busy contacts after a delay.
The campaign starts in Draft.
2. Add contacts
Section titled “2. Add contacts”On the campaign page, open Contacts:
- Add Contact — one number (E.164) plus an optional name.
- Bulk Import — paste one contact per line as
phoneorphone, name. After import you get Added / Duplicates skipped / Invalid counts and can download the invalid rows.
3. Start & monitor
Section titled “3. Start & monitor”- Start the campaign (it needs at least one pending contact).
- Watch the Overview stats (answered, no answer, failed, durations) and Call History.
- Pause to change settings, or Stop to end it (pending contacts won’t be called).
- You can’t edit a running campaign — Pause it first.
- Start is disabled if there are no pending contacts.
- Concurrency is enforced by your plan.
