Dashboard overview
The dashboard is where you build and run your AI call center. This section walks through each area, in the order it appears in the left navigation.

The home screen
Section titled “The home screen”The dashboard home rolls up your account at a glance: Total Customers, Total Calls, Appointments, and this month’s Minutes Used, along with a recent call-activity chart.
How the dashboard is organized
