Consents

Manage call-recording consent prompts (for KVKK/GDPR compliance) and bind them to specific agent + phone-number + direction combinations. You can also review the actual consent decisions captured on each call.

Where: left nav → Consents (/consents).

  1. Click New Consent.
  2. Choose the On denied behavior — what happens if the caller declines:
    • Informational — a notice only; recording starts regardless.
    • Disable recording — the call continues but recording is turned off.
    • End call — the call is terminated.
  3. Set a default language and write the prompt translations (one per language, ≤ 500 characters; a live preview shows what the caller will hear).
  4. Click Save & Activate.

A consent only takes effect once bound. On the consent’s detail page:

  1. Click Add Binding.
  2. Choose the Agent, Phone Number and Direction (Inbound / Outbound / Both).

Those calls will now ask for consent using this prompt.

Each Call detail has a Consent Decisions card showing, per prompt: the mode, when it was asked, and the decision — Given, Denied, Notice, Timeout or Unknown — plus the exact prompt heard and the consent version.

  • Deactivating a consent cascades to its bindings — those agent+number combos stop asking for consent (which changes recording behavior).
  • If an agent has recording enabled but no consent binding, its calls won’t be recorded (a warning appears on the agent).
  • Creating, editing, deactivating and binding consents require admin rights.
