Section titled “Customer detail”Click a customer to see:
- Stats — total calls (since their first call), total appointments, no-shows, and last activity.
- Timeline — every Call, Appointment and Note for that person in chronological order, each with its own badges (call direction/status/duration, appointment status, note urgency).
You can Edit the name/email, or Delete the record (permanent).
- You don’t create customers manually — they appear automatically after calls.
- A rising No-Shows count (shown in red) is a useful quality signal.
